Logan House was built in 1908 by Sidney Logan, former Kalispell Mayor and brother of William Logan after whom Glacier National Park's "Logan Pass" is named. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, Logan House is located 2 blocks south of the Conrad Mansion on Kalispell's stately east side. Experience turn-of-the-century charm, period antiques, and beautiful artwork in this vintage home. High ceilings, the original oak woodwork, spacious rooms give a feeling of what it may have been like living in Mayor Signey Logan's home nearly 100 years ago.
Wake up to breakfast served in the formal dining room, or have fresh ground coffee on the veranda and watch the sun rise over the Rockies. Continental breakfast is served buffet style between 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. Our coffee is freshly ground and piping hot! Tea, milk, and juice are also available. The buffet includes pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, smoked salmon, bagels, and various other items. The salmon comes directly from Echo Lake Lockers in Soldotna, Alaska.
Relax and enjoy a good book in the library. Challenge your fellow guest to a game of billiards, chess, or backgammon. If you just want to unwind, the sitting room and living room with t.v. are welcome places after a day of sightseeing.
Your hosts, Cork and Laurel Andrews, have lived in this home for 18 years. Cork is a Kalispell native with over 21 years of experience in the Flathead Valley as Broker/Owner of Montana West Realty. Laurel is originally from Olathe, Colorado. She moved to Montana 21 years ago and considers this beautiful state her home. Laurel's love of gardening shows in the flowers and shrubs around the house. We are always willing to provide information about the local area and its activities, which we have come to know very well over the years.
