Condo Vacation Rentals For All Seasons!

Trout Creek Condominiums in Northern Michigan is the perfect place to stay if you are coming to Ski or Snowboard. We are located 1/2 mile to Nubs Nob and across from Boyne Highlands. We also offer a FREE SHUTTLE to and from Nubs on weekends (Ask us for details.)

Trout Creek is snowmobile friendly with easy access to miles and miles of the state trail system!

On-site amenities during the ski season include indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, snowshoe trails and free shuttle to Nubs Nob on weekends (January and February)

Contemporary in design, the condominiums include a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, exterior decks and views of the ski slopes. All of our condos are non-smoking.

Trout Creek offers seven different housing configurations to suit couples or groups of two to ten people comfortably. One, Two, Three and Five bedroom condos are available.

Business meetings or group and family gatherings are welcome at Trout Creek. We offer a gathering room that can accommodate up to 50 people comfortably. Kitchen, gas grill, fireplace are all included. Please ask us for details.

Policies

Cancellation Policies

We require $200 for an advance deposit for all reservations. Should you cancel before 15 days of your arrival, then we will refund $175. Should you cancel within 15 days of your arrival date, then we will refund the $175 if we are able to rebook your reservation.

Holiday Reservations (Dec. 26-Jan. 1) are handled differently. $200 advance deposit is required when booking a condo. All balances are due in full by December 1st. Refunds are only available if we can rebook the condo.

Price for a one bedroom condo is $621. This includes 5 nights lodging (Sun - Thursday), all taxes and the resort fee. A one bedroom will sleep 2-4 people.

Larger size condos are also available. Don't forget...when you share a condo with friends or another family, the savings are huge!
