If you find it neccessary to cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are able to re-rent your unit for the time period that you have reserved (at no loss to the owner),we can refund any paymetn you have made, less a cancellation fee of $75.

If the unit does not re-rent, the 1/3 deposit is forfeited.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 am. These times are strictly adhered to durning the Early Summer and Summer, and Late Summer Seasons as week need this time to have home professsionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
