Cancellation Policies

  • If you must cancel your contract, 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you notify us at least seven days in advance. Or, if you prefer, your full deposit can be applied to another reservation within a six month time frame from the cancelled date.

  • If seven days notice is not given, there will be no refund unless we can re-rent the unit, in which case you may reapply your deposit. Two contract changes are permitted without charge. A $10 fee is required for each additional contract revision.

    Check In & Check Out Policies

    Check-In is approximately 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. You are welcome to enjoy the recreational facilities for the rest of the day and use the dressing rooms for changing clothes prior to your drive home.
