    Cancellation Policies

    Standard Cancellation Policy:
    All reservations are subject to a $50.00 Cancellation Fee deducted from deposit for any reservation cancelled MORE THAN 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received with LESS THAN 60 days notice are subject to forfeiture of deposit depending on re-booking of space reserved. If space is re-booked, your deposit will be refunded minus the $50.00 Cancellation Fee.
