A $100 fee or 25% of the reservation total, whichever is greater, will be charged on cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival during the summer, and 30 days during the winter. Cancellations made less than 10 days during the summer and less than 30 days during the winter will be charged the total vacation cost. Check In & Check Out Policies
Check-in at 4:00 pm, check-out at 10:00 am. For arrivals after 10:00 pm, a late check-in packet will be available at the main Beaver Creek Welcome Gate. |
