If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit applied to the reservation will be withheld as the cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, all payments are forfeited. No partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
