If cancellations are received 45 days prior to arrival or before final payment is made, the deposit amount of $250.00 for condominium or townhome or $500.00 for a home will be withheld. If the cancellation is received after final payment is made or less then 45 days prior to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Check In & Check Out Policies
All guests shall check-in and check-out at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office located at 1355 S. Lincoln Ave. Steamboat Springs, Colorado, 970-871-7831 / 888-672-6938. Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out is no later than 10:00 A.M. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4:00 P.M. during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. |
