Cancellations made thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including all applicable tax recovery fees and reservation fees. Cancellations made thirty one (31) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 10% of the rent and a 6% Reservation Fee. Holiday dates and private home rentals canceled within sixty (60) days of arrival are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled from date of booking to sixty one (61) days prior to arrival, 10% of the rent and a 6% reservation fee. |
