Winter Season:
Deposits: A one night deposit by major credit card is due at the time the reservation is made for all Winter Season reservations. The remaining balance, including tax, is due 30 days prior to the arrival date (60 days for Holiday Season reservations).

Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled 31 days or more (61 days or more for Holiday Season reservations)prior to the scheduled arrival date, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged and any remaining balance will be refunded. For reservations cancelled 30 days or less (60 days or less for Holiday Season reservations) prior to the scheduled arrival date, all payments are forfeited.

Summer Season:
Deposits: A major credit card is required to hold your reservation for all Summer Season reservations.

Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged. For reservations cancelled 47 hours or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged for one nights lodging..

Check In time is 3:00 pm. If you are arriving after 11:00 pm, please pull around to the back parking lot and use the courtesy phone provided for a security attendant.
