The Avalanche Motel is conveniently located on HWY 24 within walking distance of downtown Leadville. Only minutes from Ski Cooper and within an hour of other major ski resorts.

All of the rooms have queen size beds in them, as well as microwaves, small refrigerators and cable TV.

Non smoking rooms will normally be supplied so please request a smoking room.

The Avalanche Motel also has two rooms with kitchens in them. The kitchens have a sink, stove and full size refrigerator.

There is a three-day minimum rental of these rooms and they are both non-smoking.
