  • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $75.00 per unit service charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are refunded only to the extent of rental (if any) realized from re booking the unit(s), less the $75.00 per unit service fee.
