The reservation fee is non-refundable, if reservation is canceled Thirty (30) days or more PRIOR to guests' arrival date. Sixty (60) days notice of cancellation for all homes and all holiday reservations. A reservation that is cancelled WITHIN THIRTY (30) days & SIXTY (60) days for homes and holiday, of the guest's arrival date will forfeit full balance of reservation. ** Trip cancellation/Interruption insurance is highly recommended. **NOTE: Trip cancellation/interruption insurance must be purchased prior to the receipt of the final payment. It is highly recommended because it will cover unforeseen road closures, illness and/or injury and much more. |

Check in time is **After 4:00pm on the date of your arrival. A map to the office is provided along with written directions. Upon arriving at our office you will be given two (2) sets of keys for your use, map and dircetions to the unit and any necessary information you will need to know about the unit. We apologize in advance that during specific times of the year we will be unable to allow early check-ins. Check out time is before 10:00am on the date of your departure. We also apologize in advance that at specific times of the year we will be unable to allow late departures. |
