2. Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled 46 days or more prior to arrival, a 10% service fee will be retained. If a reservation is canceled 45 days or less prior to arrival, the full lodging fee including taxes, surcharges, and all other fees will be retained. If a documented medical emergency is provided or Mountain Managers can resell your unit for the dates reserved, a full refund less a 10% service fee will be issued.

1. CHECK-IN OFFICES: Mountain Managers has three Check-In Centers. Unless there have been special arrangements made, you will check-in at:

A) If you are staying in Keystone you will need to check in at the Mountain Managers Mountain View Plaza Check In Office: I-70 exit 205, Dillon/Silverthorne. Left on Hwy 6 at the stoplight. Go through Dillon approximately 7 miles into Keystone. Pass both traffic lights and turn left on Rasor Drive. The office is on the right in front of Mountain View Plaza: 22869 U.S. Hwy. 6. After Hours: Your packet will be in the lockbox by the front door. The lockbox combination is 0873.

B) If you are staying in Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, or Wildernest: Go to Mountain Managers Holiday Center Building Check In Office: I-70, exit 203, Frisco/Breckenridge. Left onto Dillon Dam Road at stoplight. Take your second right. We are located across the parking lot from the Holiday Inn: 1121 Dillon Dam Rd. Generally this office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. After Hours: Your packet will be in the lockbox by the front door. The lockbox combination is 0873.

C) If you have booked through Breckenridge Resort Chamber (BRC) you will receive special instructions from our Reservation Staff

Please contact Mountain Managers at (970) 668-3174 if you have any questions regarding your unit. This phone is manned 24 hours a day (emergencies only after 5:00pm-press 0 to be transferred to the on-call manager).

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. daily. During times of high occupancy, there is no guaranteed check-in time. Please plan on skiing, shopping, etc. if you arrive before check-in time begins. We will do our best to accommodate special requests.

Check-Out is at 10:00 a.m. Please do not remain in your unit after this time, as you will be charged for an additional day. You must return your keys to the Mountain Managers Check-In Office. If you need additional time at check-out, you may contact our office. We will accommodate you if possible. If you are checking out before business hours please leave your keys in the drop box by the front door of your check in office.

3. Unit Location: Upon check-in, you will be given a map, keys and directions to your unit. Please note that specific units, bedding, and views are NOT guaranteed.

4. Unit Keys: All check-ins will be given two keys. Additional keys are available to larger parties. All keys must be returned to the Mountain Managers Check-In Office. For after hours, a drop box is available at our Check-In Office. Any missing or unreturned keys will be charged to you at $10 per key.
