| Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival receive a refud, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 29 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the property is rebooked; the amount recovered is refunded, less a $100 management fee. For conditions beyond our control, such as bad weather, road closures, airline cancellations, snow or ski slope conditions, etc., we are unable to make refunds. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation/guest that does not have a signed rental policy on file. |
