- Ski Side Condominiums - A more economical slopeside alternative, located uphill from the Snowflake Lift.
- Ski Hill complex - Closer to Main Street Breckenridge with easy access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Across the street from the Gondola and the SkiWay SkyWay run.
