In the event of a cancellation, full refund of any deposit (less a $100.00 cancellation charge) will be made ONLY if we receive notice 45 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited on cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits for accommodations during Christmas, New Year's, and Presidents' week are nonrefundable.
