Summer - An advanced deposit equal to one night lodging is required upon booking. Final payment is due upon Check-In. Your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee is refundable only if notice is given 48 hours prior to your arrival. Winter - An advance deposit of $500 per room is required upon booking. Final payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Your deposit less a $150 handling fee is refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival forfeit all monies paid. |
