Guests are responsible for payment of all night's lodging reserved. Cancellations made 30 days prior to date of arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless the hotel books 100 percent of its rooms. Christmas/New Year's cancellations prior to October 15 will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. Holiday cancellations made after October 15th will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless the hotel books 100 percent of its rooms. |
