When cancelling or changing reservations made directly to us, you must notify us 7 days in advance of your arrival date to receive a refund. Reservations for HOLIDAY PERIODS, SPECIAL EVENTS, and/or groups require 30 days notification. If reservations must be cancelled after these specific times, a refund will be made only for the nights the room is re-rented. Management agrees to make every effort to re-rent the rooms involved. Cancellation with-in the 7/30 day period are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Prior to the 7/30 da period, cancellation fee is $25.00. The number of persons allowed per room MAY NOT EXCEED at anytime. Should this limit be exceeded the party WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISES WITHOUT A REFUND. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS ACCEPTED. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE ROOM. PLEASE OBSERVE QUIET HOURS AFTER 9:00PM
