Two night minimum, excludes all holidays. Sorry, no pets except for service animals necessary to assist individuals with a disability. Tahoe Seasons Resort is a non-smoking facility. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.

Guarantee: A non-refundable advance deposit of 1 night room and tax is due at booking to secure reservations. Exceptions: July 1 - July 4 2011, February 18 - February 20, 2011 & December 23, 2011 - January 1, 2012 & requires a deposit in the form of a credit card, check or money order equal to one nights lodging per room and tax with the full balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: To avoid any penalties, cancellations or changes in your reservation must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Exceptions: July 1 - July 4 2011, requires 7 day advance notice, December 23, 2011 - January 1, 2012, requires 31 days advance notice and February 18 - February 20, 2011 requires 7 day advance notice.
