Cancellation Policies

Reservations: ALL reservations require a non-refundable guarantee of one nights rent or $500.00, whichever is greater, unless cancelled within seven (7) days of making the reservation.
All reservations are subject to a $35.00 non-refundable fee.
RENT IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, IN FULL. RENT IS DUE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR HOLIDAYS.
CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN FORTY-FIVE DAYS OF THE DATE OF ARRIVAL ARE SUBJECT TO FULL FORFEITURE OF THE RENT.

Check In & Check Out Policies

Check-in: For all reservations, check-in is 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Selective Properties Inc., located at 188 Highway 50, corner with Elk Point Road, Round Hill, Zephyr Cove , Nevada
FOR LATE OR SUNDAY CHECK-IN PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT:
775-588-8258 TO MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
ONLY PAID-IN-FULL RESERVATIONS WILL BE ENTITLED TO ARRANGE FOR LATE CHECK-IN.
Check-Out: is 10:00 AM. If for some reason you need to extend your check-out time and the unit is not booked, we have a special one-half day charge. Please call the rental office to make any late check-out arrangements.
Keys: $35.00 IS CHARGED FOR LOST OR UNRETURNED KEYS.
