Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Goldfish Properties @ Lake Tahoe. Cancellation of your reservation must be made no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date as shown on the reservation confirmation sent / faxed / emailed to you by Goldfish Properties @ Lake Tahoe. Cancellation of your reservation after full payment of the total amount due, and less than 30 days prior to your check-in date will result in forfeiture of your entire payment. If your cancellation request is received by Goldfish Properties @ Lake Tahoe at least 30 days before your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded in full less a $50 administrative fee.
Check In & Check Out Policies
CHECK-IN TIME:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, daily at Goldfish Properties, Incline Village, Nevada. If your arrival is after 5:30 PM, please review the next paragraph, "LATE CHECK-IN PROCEDURES". For early arrivals please contact our office.
LATE CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
After 5:30 PM (Pacific Time) welcome packages with keys to your unit will be deposited with Alpine Exchange, our 24-hour answering/package pick-up service. Please contact our office at 1-800-948-7311 if you will be checking in late. Our toll free telephone phone number is both intra and interstate.
When arriving after 5:30 PM, please proceed directly to Alpine Exchange at 878 Northwood Boulevard (775-831-7500). The general location is marked on the provided map. From our office located at 924 Incline Way make a right hand turn on Incline Way to the stop sign. Turn right on Village Blvd., and precede uphill through the traffic light for two blocks. Turn left on Northwood Blvd. Turn right into the second driveway and the parking lot for Alpine Exchange (the Incline Athletic Club is next door as a landmark). Walk around the right-hand side of the building to the rear. Ring the bell for access. An operator will assist you. Alpine Exchange will answer all after hours phone calls.
CHECKOUT TIME:
Check out time is 10:00 AM. Please contact our office for availability of late check out. Tenant and all guests and occupants of the property shall vacate the property and return the key(s) and garage door opener(s) not later than 10:00 a.m. on the scheduled date of departure. If the property has not been completely vacated and all key(s) and garage door opener(s) returned by Checkout Time, then you will be charged $50.00 / hour. If guest’s unapproved late checkout interferes with housekeeping, guest will be charged for an additional night stay plus tax.
KEYS:
Guest arrival Welcome Packages with keys can be picked up at our office between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM daily. A map to Goldfish Properties will be provided with your faxed confirmation, which details the location of (1) our office, and (2) Alpine Exchange, the late arrival pickup location. There will be a $50.00 charge per key, garage door opener, spa/pool key or parking pass NOT returned to our office. For your convenience, a drop slot is located on the outer door of our office to accommodate your early morning or evening departure. Each reservation will receive ONLY two sets of keys to each property. Return all keys and garage door openers to Goldfish Properties.
