Any cancellation holds a $35 service charge If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund less the service charge. If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund less the service charge, if unit can be re-booked for the same amount of time. If the unit cannot be re-booked for the same amount of time you will forfeit 50% of the total rent amount. No refunds for last minute cancellations. You may reschedule if you want.
