    Cancellation Policies

    Any cancellation holds a $35 service charge

    If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund less the service charge.

    If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund less the service charge, if unit can be re-booked for the same amount of time.
    If the unit cannot be re-booked for the same amount of time you will forfeit 50% of the total rent amount.

    No refunds for last minute cancellations. You may reschedule if you want.
    No refunds for severe weather or early departure

    No online reservations or via email for security reasons. Please call for reservations

    Require 50% deposit within 7 days of original booking date, final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, if reservations are made less than 30 day to arrival then payment is due in full

    $15 service charge for all returned checks

    Check In & Check Out Policies

    check in is 5pm and check out is 10am

    Very good place to stay, excellent price comparing to others in this area. Big, spacious condos good for 2-3 families to stay. Walking distance to gondola and Village, about 3-5 min. The ski resort shuttle stop right in front of complex.
