Each home is privately owned and reflects the owners' tastes and requirements.

Every home has a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and housewares; bed and bath linens; heat system; and deck with barbecue.

Additional amenities available in selected homes include telephone, TV/VCR, satellite television system, game room, gas grill, dishwasher, and hot tub. Bedding arrangements and maximum number of guests is unique to each home.

Category "C"
are compact, cozy homes with one or two bedrooms, and a living/dining room, kitchen, and bath. They do not include a fireplace or woodburning stove, but offer a value choice for your vacation home.

Category "S"
are snug, charming homes with one or two bedrooms, and a living/dining room, kitchen, bath, and fireplace or woodburning stove.

Category "D"
are roomy, comfortable homes with one or two bedrooms with one bath, or three bedrooms with two baths, a living/dining room, kitchen, and fireplace or woodburning stove.

Category "P"
are spacious, inviting homes with two to four bedrooms, a minimum of two baths, a living/dining room, kitchen, and fireplace or woodburning stove.

Category "M"
are well-appointed homes, similar to "U" category homes described below. However, they do not have a fireplace or woodburning stove.

Category "U"
are well-appointed homes with large living/dining rooms, kitchen, and fireplace or woodburning stove. These homes range in size from one to six bedrooms; one bedroom homes have one bath; homes with two to six bedrooms have two or more baths.

In addition, these homes all have a TV with VCR, and at least one additional amenity, which may include satellite television system, game room, dishwasher, gas grill, or generator.

Category "U+" are exceptional vacation homes with all the features of "U" category homes, as well as several additional amenities, which may include satellite television system, game room, dishwasher, gas grill, and generator. U+ homes are available in three to five bedrooms, with two or more baths
