Cancellation of any reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund of the deposit less an administrative fee of $50.00CAD. For cancellations occurring within 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit amount of one night plus taxes will be withheld and the balance refunded. Rocky Mountain Golf & Ski must receive cancellations in writing and will be cancelled by Rocky Mountain Golf & Ski with cancellation number. Absolutely no refunds or credits of any monies will be given for cancelling any reservation within 14 days of arrival. Check In & Check Out Policies
