Cancellation Policies

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of one night's accommodation is required. Cancellation 30 days, or more, prior to arrival will result in a $25 handling fee, with the balance credited to a future reservation. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of total deposit.
