North on US Hwy 20 to Hwy 33
Take Hwy 33 to Driggs.
Turn right onto the access road from the town center and it's 12 miles to the ski area.

It takes about 2 hours from Idaho Falls to Grand Targhee.

From Jackson, WY

Follow Route 22 west into Driggs Idaho (it turns into Route 33 once you enter Idaho).
