Directions To Powder Mountain

From Salt Lake City

Road map 19 miles Northeast of Ogden … 55 miles North of Salt Lake International Airport

  • From Salt Lake Airport:
    Take I-215 (follow signs to Ogden) to I-15 North. Ogden – approximately 35 miles
    Take the 12th Street East Exit (12th St./Route 39/Exit # 344).
    Turn right off exit heading East (toward mountains)
    Follow Route 39 through Ogden Canyon.
    At Pineview Dam, turn left onto Route 158 to Eden. Follow signs.
    (Near the end of the lake, the road takes a “Y”. Bear to the left. )
    At stop sign (only one), go straight.

  • From Park City:
    Take I-80 East to Exit 168 (To Ogden I-84 West)
    Take Exit 96 (Mountain Green)
    Turn right onto Route 167 (In approximately 5 miles, Route 167 will take a right at the Sinclair station.)
    Follow approximately 10 miles to Pineview Reservoir.
    Follow signs to Powder Mountain.

  • Main Resort and Columbine Inn:

    Go ¼ mile Past Sundown Lift that you will see on your left. The road ends in a parking lot. Turn right in the lot. Columbine will be on the right and the main lodge straight ahead.

      Childhood playground. Learned to snowboard here. Not a huge resort but plenty of bang for your buck.
