From the Albuquerque Airport:

Take I 25 north to Santa Fe, get off at exit 282
Take Highway 84 north to Espanola.
Then take Highway 68 north to Taos.
From Taos proceed north to the blinking light (intersection of Highway 150) turn right.
Taos Ski Valley is 15 miles on Highway 150.

The driving time to Taos is 2 1/2 hours and another 1/2 hour to ì the ski resort. Travel is at lower elevations until you reach ì Taos, there are no difficult passes to cross and it is rare to ì have snow or ice on the roads.

From Denver, Colorado:

Take I 25 south to Walsenburg, exit 18.
Take Highway 160 west to Ft. Garland
Then CO Highway 159/NM Highway 522 south until you come to the blinking light north of Taos (intersection Highway 150), turn left.
Taos Ski Valley is 15 miles on Highway 150.

From Texas

From Raton NM

Take Interstate 25 south to Hwy 64
Take Hwy 64 west to Hwy 434
Take Hwy 434 to Angile Fire Resort

From Amarillo, Lubbock, TX

Take Hwy 27 North Through Amarillo
Take 287 north to Dumas
Go west on 87 to Dalhart & the TX NM border
Take Hwy 87 west to Raton NM
