Massage:
Treat yourself to a relaxing massage any day. Our specially trained therapists take the ache out of those tired limbs. Choose from Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports or Aromatherapy.
Offered daily. Prices start at $50 per person, 25 minutes; $70 per person, 50 minutes; $100 per person, 80 minutes.
Massage Class:
Learn the special techniques of massage in our popular classes. Bring a partner for added enjoyment.
Wednesday, 1 pm - 2:30 pm, $20 per person.
Your Finest Facial:
Make your own facial care products and indulge in a five-step self facial. Come in stressed and go home relaxed and glowing.
Friday, 10 am - 12 noon, $40 per person.
Yoga for Every Body...
Experience the flow of Iyengar Yoga as you work through the yoga postures. Our staff of accomplished yoga instructors lead you through the postures and help you relax and increase your flexibility, alignment, strength and concentration. Monday & Wednesday, 11:30 am - 1 pm; Tuesday & Thursday, 9:15 am - 10:45 am, $12 per person.
The Art of Acupressure...
Join us for an introduction to the basic techniques of ancient Chinese massage and acupressure known as Shiatsu. Learn how to apply pressure using fingers, palms and forearms to stimulate the flow of "qi" to keep the meridian channels clear and free-flowing. Learn how to give yourself an acupressure facelift. Take-home handouts included.
Thursday, 1 pm - 2:30 pm. $20 per person.
Indulgence...
Treat your body to the soothing & smooth approach to life's little pleasures. The staff of Purple Shutter Herbs shows you how to create exotics such as luminous dusting powder, fragrant perfume, effervescent bath fizzies and happy feet oil. Aromatherapy will be discussed while creating these natural products. Go home with your own hand made goodies!
Wednesday, 3 pm - 5 pm. $40 per person.
Herbals for the Hearth...
Ever see wonderful items at gourmet food shops or craft shows and wish you could make them? Well now you can! Using only the finest ingredients you'll custom blend your own herbal vinegar. You'll also be making infused honey and create a wonderful herbal beverage. To accent your kitchen we'll make spiced hot mats, using aromatic herbs and spices. Fun and tasty for all ages.

Women have used herbs to nourish and heal themselves for thousands of years. Herbal medicine seeks to understand health and how to create as well as preserve it throughout life. The beauty of herbs is that they work with your body, not on it. Together we'll explore safe and easy botanical preparations, such as teas, oils, and syrups. Bring your own questions, issues, and stories.
