Welcome to the Lone Mountain Ranch Kids' Program!!

The Kid's Program, both summer and winter, provides children with an active, fun-filled vacation experience full of discovery and adventure!

Winter OYA (Outdoor Youth Adventures) is a program at Lone Mountain
Ranch which offers safe, fun, and educational programming in a winter
environment. OYA will offer youth specific ski lessons in the morning
and activities in the afternoon that will explore and educate about
the natural world around Lone Mountain Ranch.
1/2 day: $50.00 Full day: $75.00

Kids love horses and Lone Mountain Ranch is an ideal place for young people to develop horse skills and self-confidence while acquiring an enhanced appreciation for nature. They are taught basic horsemanship skills and build on those skills throughout the week. Kids may join their parents for family-oriented rides or participate in all-kids rides.

Kids explore Ranch trails on hikes, horseback rides and on skis or snowshoes. The Confidence Course and climbing wall provide kids a chance for safe challenges. Camping out is always fun! Sleeping out in a tent, eating dinner cooked over a fire, toasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories are just a few of the fun activities that happen on overnight camping trips.

Canoe trips, pressing wildflowers, nature arts and crafts, and games throughout the day keep kids happy and active while discovering the natural world.
