Ride throughout the Vail Valley on the scenic, seven-mile paved Vail Recreation Path. It follows Gore Creek through alpine fields, aspen groves and Vail's pedestrian villages.

Or hop off the path and find a mountain bike trail through the mountains. Ask for some ideas of great rides.

Another option is to take your bike to the top of the mountain. Bikes can be uploaded at the Eagle Bahn Gondola at Lionshead, the Vista Bahn chair in Vail Village, or the Centennial chairlift in Beaver Creek. There are switchback roads that will get you down safely.
