Good Old-Fashioned Fun in the Snow!

Big Rack Horseback Adventures offers good old-fashioned cowboy fun in the snow. Located just 10 miles west of Steamboat Springs on the historic Overlook Ranch, with amazing views of the Yampa River Valley, Mt. Werner and the Flat Tops. Gentle horses are offered for all abilities, with a friendly & professional staff.

Warm up with hot cocoa, cider and cookies after your ride! The 1.5 hour ride could be up to 2 hours of riding through snow covered meadows & mountain ridges. Dress warm and don't forget the camera. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Reservations required.

The Overlook Ranch is located 10 miles west of Steamboat. Transportation to and from the ranch is provided by Big Rack Horseback Adventures.
