Mountain Adventure Seminars (M.A.S.) is a small mountaineering school, guide service and lodge based in Bear Valley, California, nestled at 7,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada between Lake Tahoe and Yosemite. M.A.S. specializes in rock climbing, mountaineering, telemark skiing and avalanche education, including backcountry skiing, snowboarding & snowshoeing, plus wilderness medicine and team building.

Mountain Adventure Seminars takes pride in providing exceptional mountaineering instruction and finely crafted adventures designed to optimize learning, self-enrichment and fun. M.A.S. is a reflection of a large group of peoples' love for the outdoors and their enthusiasm for learning, sharing and educating themselves, as well as others.
