The addition of two new chairlifts this season has more than doubled Brundage Mountain's uphill capacity and gives visitors a full 1,500 acres of terrain to explore and enjoy. The two new lifts add nearly 160 acres of brand new terrain, and more than double the total uphill capacity.
NEW THIS YEAR: Brundage Mountain Resort is pleased to be the first Burton Learn to Ride Center in Idaho. The experts at Burton Snowboards have designed special snowboards specifically for those who've never had the chance to ride before.
Chairlift #1 - The Bear Chair
This new chairlift provides beginners and advanced beginners with the perfect transition from our Easy Street beginner lift to a variety of terrain at the mid-mountain level. This ties together our drive-up Kid’s Center and a family-friendly learning area to keep everyone happy and learning at the right pace.
OPENING BRAND NEW TERRAIN
Chairlift #2 – Lakeview Lift
The second new chairlift will opened up nearly 160 acres of brand new terrain on the south side of Brundage Mountain. This new terrain includes four new groomed runs, which vary from rolling slopes to steep pitches, and provide access to a whole new wonderland of powdery glades.
